What Necmi stores and why

Necmi needs account, conversation, and billing records to provide memory, enforce quotas, and run the service.

Message delivery and inference

Telegram handles delivery for messages sent to the bot. Web messages go directly to Necmi. In both cases, a model on infrastructure controlled by Necmi processes the prompts. Necmi does not send them to a public AI API.

Conversation history and memory

Necmi stores your prompts, model replies, token usage, conversations, and memory records. Memory searches are filtered by your internal member ID. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.

Phone and identity data

The database stores a keyed hash of your verified phone number, its country code, your Telegram ID, public Telegram profile fields, and approval state. The full number is sent to administrators in the approval request but is not stored in the application database.

Moderation and administrator access

Automated rules flag selected safety, fraud, and abuse signals. Flagged excerpts are sent to platform administrators and stored in the admin dashboard. Administrators can browse stored conversations, review account and billing data, approve or reject users, and block accounts. Alerts do not automatically block messages.

Authentication and billing

Better Auth stores sessions for each host and short-lived OAuth verification state. Telegram signs the identity response, and Necmi discards OAuth tokens after sign-in. Telegram Stars processes paid plans. Necmi stores the charge ID, plan, amount, and refund status.

Your choices

You can stop using Necmi at any time and cancel an active subscription in Telegram. To ask about your data or request deletion, message the Necmi bot. Start your message with /support.
