Terms of service

These terms cover the Necmi web app, Telegram bot, free trial, and paid Telegram Stars plans.

Access

Necmi is invite-only. Access requires a verified Telegram identity and administrator approval. Administrators may reject, suspend, or block accounts to protect the service or other users.

Trial

Each verified member can receive one 50,000-token trial for up to 30 days. Unused trial tokens expire with the trial period and cannot be transferred.

Paid plans

Standard includes 2,000,000 tokens per 30-day period for 1,000 Telegram Stars. Premium includes 40,000,000 tokens per 30-day period for 7,500 Stars. Telegram shows the final local purchase price.

Subscriptions renew every 30 days until canceled in Telegram. A renewal resets the period quota. Plan limits, availability, and model capacity may change for future billing periods, but completed purchases keep the quota shown at checkout.

Refunds and payment help

Necmi automatically attempts to refund payments that cannot be applied, including payments from ineligible accounts. For unresolved payments, message the bot. Start your message with /support. Telegram and applicable platform rules also govern Stars purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not use Necmi to attack real systems, steal credentials, distribute malware, or facilitate violent wrongdoing. The service may refuse those requests. Other content may be flagged for administrator review without automatic blocking.

Service availability

Necmi depends on Telegram, private model infrastructure, and network availability. Responses can be delayed or unavailable during maintenance, capacity limits, or third-party outages.
