Create with Necmi

Images, video and voices. Find the right tool, try a prompt and make it your own.

Try it in your Telegram bot
/image A handmade silver ring on pale stone. Soft daylight, realistic reflections, no added text.

A description is enough to start. Reply to a photo to use it as a reference.

Choose what to create

A short guide and a prompt to get you started.

Available tools, models and limits depend on your bot’s configuration and your account’s permissions. The options shown in your bot are the guide to what you can use today.

Getting started

Your first creation

  1. Open your bot

Send /start and complete any access steps it requests.

  2. Choose a tool

Send /image, /video or /animate. Select an available model and the options shown.

  3. Add your reference and prompt

For /image or /video, upload or reply to the exact reference you want to use, then send a specific prompt. For /animate, send your prompt before the final upload: generation starts as soon as both the photo and driving video arrive.

  4. Review and refine

Reply to the result to request a change. Use /new for a fresh conversation.

For an image question, state the question clearly: “What breed might this dog be?” For an edit, use /image and describe the change. Do not rely on a model name alone to communicate your intent.

Prompts you can adapt

A useful prompt names the subject, action, setting, framing and the details that must stay unchanged. Add one or two changes at a time.

Change clothes, keep the person#

Reply to the person’s photo with /image, select FLUX, then send:

Change only the outfit to a navy linen suit and a white shirt. Keep the same face, hairstyle, body proportions, pose, camera angle, background and lighting. Natural fabric folds, fully clothed.

Use a photo you have permission to edit. Check that the face and hands have not changed.

Create a product photograph#

Send /image, choose a model and format, then send:

A studio photograph of a handmade silver ring on pale stone. Soft daylight from the left, realistic metal reflections, macro detail, clean background, no added text or logos.

To preserve a real product, reply to its photo instead of generating from text alone.

Animate a still image#

Reply to an image with /video and choose an available model:

A 5-second clip. The dog slowly turns its head toward the camera and blinks. Keep the same coat markings and harness. Locked camera, subtle movement, no scene change.

Small, specific movements are easier to inspect than several actions in one short clip.

Replace faces or a whole character in a video#

In Playground, choose Replace people in video to open the person-selection flow alongside your chat. You can also open Replace in video directly. Choose the mode before preparing your clip. Available modes depend on your bot and account permissions.

Face replacement

Change selected faces

Select up to five people in a clip up to 60 seconds. The default is to keep the original body, clothing, expressions, performance, scene and audio while changing facial identity. The selected photos guide the result; this mode has no editable text or negative prompt.

Whole character

Change one complete character

Replace one person visible in the opening frame of a 0.5–5 second clip, including their body and clothing. Choose a clear view of the whole body. Other people and the background outside the tracked mask are preserved. Identity and anatomy still need careful review.

  1. Upload or link a video

Upload MP4, MOV or WebM up to 20 MB, or paste a supported public YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or X link. Choose Load video. For a public link, wait for the full source to become playable before choosing a trim. The source must fit the import limits. Loading does not find faces or generate a video; returning to this page link keeps you at the trim step until you run face analysis. Private or login-protected links cannot be imported.

  2. Trim the video

Play or seek through the source, then use Start here and End here, or enter the times directly. Use Preview selected range to check the selection before finding faces. Times refer to the original source. Leave the end blank to use the rest of the actual video track, even if a public link reports a rounded duration. The selected range determines the output length, within one video frame. Face mode allows the configured limit, up to 60 seconds. Whole-character mode requires 0.5–5 seconds, with the intended person visible in that range’s first frame. If the range exceeds the mode’s limit, choose a shorter end time; the app does not silently shorten it.

  3. Select the people to change

Find faces, then choose up to five in face mode. If someone is missing, pause on a clear face and scan that frame. Whole-character mode scans only the opening frame and allows one person. If the selection is wrong or missing, go back, change the trim and scan again. Scanning again replaces the previous suggestions and selections.

  4. Choose a character or add a photo

Assign a private saved character to each selected person, or use Add a new character to save a name and a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 5 MB. Whole-character mode uses one reference and asks for its type: Person, Dog, Cat or Other. A clear face and visible body help the model follow the reference.

  5. Review the instructions and preview

Face mode shows the intended changes for review. In whole-character mode, edit the prefilled instructions if needed, then choose Prepare preview. Wait for both private images: the replacement identity in the video scene, and the original scene with the selected mask. Check likeness, expression, body, hands or paws, and whether the mask covers only the intended person. Use Back to correct the reference, selection or clip if either image is wrong. You must review both images and check the approval box before generating.

  6. Generate and inspect the video

Confirm permission to use the photos and video, then choose Generate video. The request enters the queue. Keep the page link to return to its status and download the finished video. Inspect the entire result; a correct still preview does not guarantee correct motion throughout the clip.

Changing the prompt, reference, character type, selected person, trim, quality or mode clears preview approval. Prepare and review a new preview before generating. Returning to a saved preview link restores its images and choices, but you must review and approve it again. Prepared clips and previews are private and expire after 24 hours; saved characters remain until you delete them.

To animate the reference photo’s scene in the main composer, choose Copy movement. Add the reference photo, then upload a driving video or paste a supported public link. Set the start and optional end time before sending, using the same blank-end behavior described above. The selected range must fit the bot’s configured Wan limit, up to 60 seconds; longer ranges are rejected, not shortened. The result retains the selected video’s audio. Image thumbnails and playable upload previews help you check the inputs. The editable template describes what to preserve; adapt it to the expression, movement and character you want. Switching to Copy movement selects Wan and preserves your edited scene text.

Ordinary Video mode, including MiniMax H3, does not copy a second video’s movement. If you add a driving video there, sending is blocked: choose Copy movement for the photo’s scene or Replace people in video for the video’s scene.

Auto format keeps the reference photo’s proportions for photo animation. Video replacement keeps the driving clip’s proportions. The model may resize or pad inputs to fit its supported canvas. Auto style preserves the source appearance without adding a cinematic, realistic or illustration preset. Choose a different format or style when you want to override those defaults.

To copy movement while keeping the photo’s scene in Telegram, use /animate --model photo -s 10, then send the photo and driving video. This uses the first ten seconds, or the whole source if shorter. See the trim command reference. For a supported public video link, follow the bot’s import and permission prompt.

Whole-character mode starts with editable instructions for identity, expression, movement and anatomy. Keep them or adapt them to the reference. For example, to replace the selected person with your dog:

Use the reference dog’s round dark eyes, short muzzle, floppy ears, curly white fur and red harness. Follow the selected person’s expression, gaze and movement timing while keeping the dog’s natural compact body, short legs and head-to-body proportions. Keep furry dog paws and consistent coat markings. Preserve the other people, camera movement and background outside the selected mask, and keep the original audio.

The instructions describe the intended result. They cannot guarantee identity, accurate hands or paws, body scale, or faithful expressions and performance. Human-to-animal motion is especially difficult. Check the preview and the finished short video for likeness, anatomy, motion, flicker and mask edges.

Edit a video’s appearance#

Use /editvideo with your clip:

Change the jacket to forest green. Preserve the person’s face, movement, camera path, room and original lighting. Keep the jacket’s color consistent throughout the clip.

A targeted edit is easier to evaluate than changing the person, clothes, setting and motion at once.

Saved characters

In the Playground replacement wizard, choose a saved character or select Add a new character to save a name and photo. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported up to 5 MB. Playground shares this private library with its Telegram bot; a different bot has a separate library.

In a private Telegram chat, attach your photo with /character save Joey, or reply to your own uploaded photo with that command. Use /character list to see your saved characters.

In another conversation with the same bot, send /character use Joey for an image or /character video Joey for a video, choose options, then send your prompt. /character delete Joey removes the saved character.

Characters are private to you on that bot. You can save up to 50 names, each up to 40 characters. To replace an existing name, delete it first. A saved photo can be reused from Playground or the same Telegram bot; it does not train a model. Asking a question about a photo does not save it automatically.

References, proportions and continuity

  • Match reference follows the reference image’s proportions. Square, Portrait or Wide overrides them; models may adjust the final dimensions.
  • Reply directly to the intended image or video, especially when the conversation contains several. A photo for identity and a video for movement have different jobs.
  • Use a sharp, unobstructed reference. A clear face and visible body help; confusing backgrounds and cropped limbs make matching harder.
  • For motion transfer, use a short clip with one clearly visible subject. Follow the duration and upload-size limits displayed by the bot; longer experimental renders are not a promise of the normal bot’s limits.
  • Face swapping changes facial identity. Full-body replacement attempts to change the whole subject. Neither guarantees perfect preservation.

Check a short result for identity, hands or paws, flickering, background changes and continuity. More prompt detail can help, but cannot force a model to preserve every pixel.

Speech, saved voices and transcripts

Save and use a voice

Use /voice to follow the sample-upload flow, and /voices to list saved voices. Use only voices you own or have permission to use.

/speak Cem | tr | Merhaba arkadaşlar generates speech with a saved voice. Supported speech language codes are en, tr and ja. /delete_voice Cem deletes that saved voice.

Import and read a transcript

When the bot offers voice import for a public YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat link, follow its voice-import permission prompt. For copying movement from a link, follow the animation import guide. Access restrictions or unavailable media can prevent an import. /transcripts lists saved transcripts; /read <voice> | <transcript> reads one aloud; /delete_transcript <name> removes one.

Choose deeper reasoning or a faster reply for one message.
/image · /imagine
Open image options. Add a prompt to generate immediately. Attach an image or reply to one to edit it.
/video
Open video options. A prompt creates a new clip; attaching or replying to an image animates that image.
/video mh3 · /video l23 · /video w22
Select MiniMax H3, LTX-2.3 or Wan 2.2 explicitly, followed by your prompt.
/editvideo
Edit an existing clip with a written instruction. Follow the bot’s requests for the clip and optional references.
/animate
Send a character photo and a driving video to copy movement. Follow the upload order and limits shown by the bot.
/animate --model photo -s 10
In Telegram, use the first 10 seconds of an uploaded or replied-to driving video, or a supported public video link. Give -s a positive whole number without a unit, such as -s 10, before the scene text or at the end. It explicitly trims the driving video before generation. A shorter source stays shorter, with no looping or stretching. Photo mode supports the bot’s configured limit, up to 60 seconds. For whole-character replacement in the video’s scene, use the Playground replacement wizard. Without -s, the full source must fit the selected model’s normal duration limit. Legacy --duration and duration buttons alone do not enable source trimming. With -s already set, duration buttons adjust the trim length. Do not combine -s with --duration; -s is only for character animation, not /video.
/faceswap
Supply a face photo and target video, choose options and confirm permission. This changes a face, not the whole body.
/language en · /language tr
Choose English or Turkish for bot messages. Write prompts in your preferred language; precise descriptions help.
/usage · /subscribe
Check usage or open monthly plans and one-time credit through Telegram’s checkout.
/id · /support <message>
Find your Telegram ID or send a support request.

Choose a model for the task

These are the capabilities connected in Necmi’s model catalog, not a promise that every bot exposes every model. Quality and processing time depend on the input, duration, output size and queue.

Z-Image Turbo
Text-to-image and image-guided variation

Useful for new compositions and variations. Image guidance is not a promise to preserve a face, outfit or background exactly.

FLUX.2 Klein 4B
Text-to-image and reference-conditioned editing

Use for targeted changes such as clothing, objects or setting. Say what changes and what must remain unchanged.

Qwen Image 2.1
Text-to-image and reference-image editing

Describe the requested edit and identity details explicitly. Inspect faces, hands and any generated lettering.

GPT Image 2.5 Flare · GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst
Text-to-image and image editing

Explicit model selection is required. These use a paid external provider; a name in this guide does not enable a model or establish availability.

MiniMax H3 · LTX-2.3 · Wan 2.2
Text-to-video and image-to-video

Generate motion from a description or animate a still. This is different from copying the exact choreography of another video.

P-Video 2
Text-to-video and image-to-video

Explicit selection is required. With an image, reference proportions must match the requested format, or use Match reference.

P-Video-Edit
Instruction-based video editing

Change an existing clip with text and optional references. Choose draft or final quality in the dialog; inspect continuity before a final render.

Wan-Animate
Photo plus driving-video motion transfer

Animate photo copies movement while aiming to keep the reference photo’s scene, with the bot’s configured duration cap up to 60 seconds. Playground whole-character replacement uses a separate 0.5–5 second flow with a required identity and mask preview. Identity, anatomy and motion can drift; inspect the result.

Viggle-Animate H3 is also being compared for reference-video motion transfer. It is not currently selectable in the released bot. MiniMax H3 video generation and Viggle-Animate H3 motion transfer are different workflows.

Stars, waiting and getting help

Plans and Telegram Stars

/subscribe separates monthly plans from one-time credit. Monthly plans renew as described at checkout; one-time credit has no automatic renewal. Telegram shows the final price before payment.

If you need 100 Stars but Telegram offers a minimum top-up of 250, the extra Stars stay in your Telegram balance; the bot purchase still costs the amount shown on its invoice. Top-up bundles and payment availability are controlled by Telegram.

Waiting for a result?

Generation time includes waiting in the queue. Estimates are approximate, not delivery guarantees. If a job fails or a button does not respond, send /support with the time, selected model and what happened. Do not include API keys or passwords.

Bot owners manage their bots at business.necmi.com. Platform administration is separate at admin.necmi.com.
